Girl Posts Ad To Find a Boyfriend with an Overwhelming Response

Young Zhang Mengqian, a university student from China, got more than she bargained for when her “boyfriend-wanted”.

On March 8, to celebrate Women’s Day, the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, in Chengdu, gave every girl student a blank piece of paper. They would write a wish and put it on a wishing wall for people to see.

Here’s what freshman Zhang Mengqian wrote on her card: “My name is Zhang Mengqian, a grade one student, and I think I am attractive, but strangely I can’t find a boyfriend. However I believe in destiny. If you have the same wish, please come under my dormitory building and shout for my name in between 12:30 to 12:50 on March 11th, and I will observe you secretly up on the building. If you’re my type, I’ll come down to meet you.”

the ratio of males to females in this school is a staggering 25 to 1.

More then over 2000 students gathered outside her dorm.

Perhaps feeling a little overwhelmed, Zhang did not leave her dorm room.

Nick Simmons who is the son of Gene Simmons (KISS singer) created a comic book known as Incarnate. Nick Simmons comic looks surprisingly similar to a popular Japanese manga known as Bleach. Nick obviously didn’t realize or know that Bleach is one of the world’s most famous mangas.

Capcom releases a new trailer for Super Street Fighter IV, the rumor is that the new playable charcters are Dudley, Ibuki and Makoto. However is it really still just a rumor? Capcom hasn’t officially announced these characters as playable. But with all the news going on and now this trailer. It has to be a reality. We are glad that Capcom has listened to the fans and returned Ryu’s super 3 punch combo, and brought back Dudley and Makoto. This game is looking to be an amazing addition to the Street Fighter Series.

Okay earlier the troll made an article about Google Buzz. After connecting it with a few of my personal websites, twitter , youtube and others. It felt like all the privacy was gone.

How to Disable Google Buzz

There’s a quick and easy way to disable Google Buzz, but for me I like to be thorough.

Skip to step 3 if you want the fast version.

Step 1. Click on “connected sites”

Step 2. Remove all the sites that you have connected.

Step 3. On the bottom of your screen select “turn off Buzz”

*update : after all the controversy that Google Buzz started. When you select the “Google Buzz Off” button it now displays a new option to just hide Buzz or delete all posts and never let Google Buzz in your sight. So choose your option accordingly.

That should do it. Google Buzz should be disabled

Today Google Releases Google Buzz, What is it?

Today was different as you log into your gmail account. Google Buzz appears, and those who chose to participate ended up already pre-selected to follow anyone on their contact list. Afterward you are able to connect to many different websites. Flickr, twitter, and even the Lau Explorer was there to be integrated with.

Google’s response to facebook status updates, and twitters quick messaging system.

What Google Buzz allows you to do is share and show videos, pictures, movies and more. Watch the video below to see more. For now the exposure of almost all my contacts on gmail (work, personal) are all mixed together. Signing up for Buzz may let them see even more then whats already out there online.

But then it is a easy way to communicate with everyone that has gmail. And lets face it that’s pretty much everyone.

Illegal Upload of New Super Mario Bros Results in $1.5m Fine

James Burt with an unidentified companion. Was caught uploading the New Super Mario Brothers game online for users to download. Super Mario Bros Wii, which was due for official release on November 12, 2009, was copied and offered by Burt online from November 6. Upon upload thousands of users had already downloaded the game. Once Nintendo was alerted they hired investigators which led the path straight to James Burt’s location.

Once prosecuted a $1.5 million dollar fine was issued. This is supposedly the amount that was loss since the game was pirated.

What we say is that either way games are going to be pirated. Whether or not its James, someone else will upload the game in due time. Pirates will download regardless, so the equivalent loss of 1.5 million seems a bit ridiculous.

But why is that James was caught and the millions of pirate games out there, no one has really been prosecuted? We did a little investigating and the great people at Reddit.com was able to find the reason.

Go Reddit.com if the picture didn’t prove that he wasn’t the brightest, they sure found out the truth.

Move Over America New Driving Law

A new law was passed in the US, nicely titled Move Over America. If an emergency vehicle pulls someone over, the drivers must move one lane over to pass them. This means if the option is available for you to go to a further lane, then that is what have you need to do.

What Does This Means For You?

It means all you have to do is switch over one lane. Do not pass the officer (emergency vehicle) on the closest lane next to them.

This is to protect our local authorities when they are talking to the driver’s side. It is dangerous for the officer to be halfway in the road.

Facebook To Possible Take on Google Gmail

The popular social media site Facebook, is rumored to be in deep development of their own email client. Currently users can share photos, messages, and an assortment of features. Now they wish to take on Google’s free email service Gmail, and use its own software.

For now though Gmail has lots of features, free pop3, huge storage features and many extra features to keep your email happy.

We will see if the rumors online are true and that facebook is in development of a “gmail killer”
