Grand Theft Auto 4 starred the ever so pleasant Niko Bellic an immigrant who visits his cousin to start a new life in America. Now you follow the life of Luis, a Hispanic gentleman who just got out of prison and is down on his luck. He meets Gay Tony, a owner of the hottest night clubs in Liberty City. Gay Tony hires you as his bodyguard, he takes care of you with money, you take care of him with your true gangsterism.

Mechanics
One of the newest features from Grand Theft Auto IV is the checkpoint feature. Once you die you don't start the mission all over, you continue in a checkpoint in the mission. What I am trying to say is when you do a mission and let's say you killed a few people and now your escaping in the car after a short cut scene. Unfortunately they destroy your car and your boss ending the mission. Before in Grand Theft Auto 4 you would have to start all over, drive to the checkpoint, drive to the mission, repeat repeat repeat. But now in the Ballad of Gay Tony they revive you back to part where you were escaping in the car. YES! thank you Rockstar for making it a checkpoint and continuing halfway through the mission. This causes the game to play out much smoother and quicker, and I am sure a lot less rage quits will happen. One very cool feature of the checkpoint function is if you pick up an item while attempting to beat the mission, lets say an Uzi, when you die and come back to life you still retain the Uzi in your hand.

New Features
I am in love with the club scene. theGentleman will tell you when he takes me to his house club parties, it is just like in the video game. Heading up to the VIP you can have a champagne drinking competition. Or if you go to the dance floor grind up on some ladies and play the mini game if you win you'' get the girls number. The house music in the club is really good, and of course you can go take shots at the bar.

All in all GTA 4 is a great game. But the Ballad of Gay Tony is a spectacular addition to the series. If you like the Grand Theft Auto series, you should buy this DLC (down-loadable content) today.
